Flint is an email and docs app. This page explains what happens to your information when you open a doc that someone shared with you, or sign in to Flint.
What we collect
- Your email address, to sign you in and to match you to the docs shared with you. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and name from Google. We don't ask for access to your Gmail, contacts, or anything else in your Google account.
- The comments you write on shared docs, and the time you wrote them.
- The role you were given on a shared doc (viewer or commenter).
How we use it
- To let you read and comment on docs shared with you.
- To show the person who shared a doc who commented and what they said.
- To send you a sign-in code by email.
We don't sell your information, show ads, or use it for anything else.
Who can see it
The person who shared the doc with you can see your email address and your comments. Nobody else you haven't been shared with can open the doc. Your information is stored with our database provider, Supabase.
Deleting your information
You can delete your own comments on a shared doc. To remove your account and everything attached to it, or for any other question, email jasonorlando14@pm.me.
